EGCF is a charitable, tax-exempt, 501(c) (3) organization. Established in 2005, the foundation advances its mission by seeking sustainable partnerships with those non-profits and NGO's it feels can demonstrate measurable success. EGCF looks to support organizations that have a high standard of internal ethics and project monitoring. We consider project partnerships with U.S. based organizations working in the U.S and internationally. We are interested in supporting innovative programs, which offer the most viable solutions to the systemic issues of poverty concerning children. We seek collaborative, long-term relationships with our grantees. At this time we consider primarily project support grants.
EGCF is committed to monitoring its support to ensure quality in the Foundation's grant making. As we grow, EGCF will strive to improve both how we evaluate and report out on the Foundation's effectiveness. We are dedicated to developing appropriate means of communicating the work of our partners and grant recipients in order to provide a platform for that work and most importantly, to raise awareness of project needs for children.
