Welcome
to the Ella George Children's Foundation (EGCF). EGCF is a private, non-profit foundation established in 2005. The foundation partners with non-profit organizations, supporting initiatives and programs that enhance the lives of children globally with positive and measurable outcomes. EGCF believes, that in order to tangibly advance the welfare of disadvantaged children, it is fundamental to strengthen the family unit as a whole. This means building capacity at early age levels as well as strengthening the capacity and potential of parents and leaders within the community. As such, the strategic funding priorities of EGCF are represented under four core program areas: Microfinance and Microenterprise, Education and Literacy, Early Childhood and Youth Empowerment, and Sustainable Environmental Health.
